Who We Are Looking For
The Product Marketing Manager position requires an experienced, reliable and task-oriented person who enjoys working in a growing multi-state business. The role is a member of the Alula Marketing team focused on the development of our product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for the Alula portfolio of products and services. The Product Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the successful launch of new products, assessment of competitive threats in the marketplace and ensuring that all product launches are completely & consistently supported with new collateral. This position will partner with our Customer Success, Sales and Product management teams to gather feedback, develop, and deliver clear messaging for Alula products and services with the goal of driving adoption, utilization, and prospect satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Lead and execute multi-channel product launches and/or adoption campaigns from conception through to post-launch measurement and reporting
Partner with members of the Product Management and Marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging of market-centric package offerings and campaigns
Work with content lead in the development of communication tools and collateral to promote new features, functionality, and services to both prospects and existing customers (e.g. sales collateral and rollout/release communications such as demos, presentations, release videos, client emails, FAQs, etc.)
Create and maintain sales and marketing assets, including website, field enablement tools, how-to-guides and overall communication strategies
Work with customers to craft & develop compelling customer success stories, videos whitepapers, presentations, how to guides etc
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of new product and partner marketing go-to-market strategy and delivery, as well as existing product adoption initiatives
Partner with the Marketing creative team member(s) in the creation of product-related blog posts, case studies, white papers, and collateral
Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge and mastery of the buyer/customer profiles
Develop and maintain an understanding of how Alula products compare to competition and market needs
Perform special projects as directed by management

Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Product Marketing
Experience with B2B Marketing
Ability to think strategically with a proven ability to identify opportunities, form compelling business cases, and again support from cross-functional stakeholders.
Possess strong analytical skills to develop KPIs and understand the effectiveness of key projects or initiatives
Demonstrated strong project coordination and management skills
Experience working with data, preferably in a Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce or equivalent.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; create and execute initiatives on time
Rigorous attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Self-starter with a curiosity for the product space
Must possess high degree of professionalism and proven ability to work with confidential information.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
Long-distance or air travel as needed. – not to exceed 25% travel
Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
