To ensure successful enrollment first Place the Keypad into ‘enroll’ mode by selecting ENROLL on the keypad menu, then press and hold the ENROLL button on the Connect+ panel.
It is possible to make it work either way, but we recommend the Keypad then Connect+ for the sequence of enrollment enabling.
