Who We Are Looking For

Description: 

The Inside Sales Representative position requires an experienced, reliable and task-oriented person who enjoys working in a growing multi-state business. In this position, the main focus will be to source new sales opportunities and follow-up with outbound calls and emails, under the direction of the VP of Market Development. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.

 

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
    • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects
    • On boarding process for new accounts
    • Mentor/Coach team members on improving sales process knowledge and assist in helping them reach maximum potential
    • Monitor, report and improve daily activity through cloud service applications with defined KPI’s

 

Work Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience of at least 1-3 years. Preferred experience in B2B environment, selling services with monthly recurring   revenue. Commercial sales in the cable/MSO, wireless, and security industies a plus.
  • Recognized leader among sales peers for quota achievement and other activity based metrics
  • Team player with shown ability to own and manage workflow required to be successful
  • Strong phone presence and experience working with auto dialer applications in the Salesforce.com and New Voice Media platforms
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
