As Chief Financial Officer at Kareo, Gregg is using his extensive 25 years of experience as a proven leader to help build and grow the business. He is responsible for the financial and administrative departments, including finance, accounting, and information technology. As a result of the strategic leadership and operational support he and his team provide, all other Kareo departments have the ability to focus on providing the best cloud-based medical software, services, and customer experience in the industry.
Prior to Kareo, Gregg spent seven years as the CFO at RedBrick Health, a venture-backed healthcare technology company that works with employers and payers on corporate health and wellness programs. He also spent three years at SoftBrands, a publicly-traded software company for the hospitality and manufacturing industries, seven years at Stellent, a publicly-traded software company in content management, and seven years at GalaGen, a publicly-traded bio-pharmaceutical company. In his career, Gregg has helped companies raise private funds, go public, improve operations and grow revenue substantially.
Gregg started his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bemidji State University in Minnesota and a M.S. in Finance from Colorado State University. He’s married with three grown children–two are in college and one has graduated. In his free time he likes to travel, participate in outdoor activities, and read.
